As an associate attorney at Coulson P.C., Abagale E. McCurdy is passionate about advocating for individuals who have suffered loss or harm through no fault of their own and at the hands of large corporations. Abagale grew up in a rural Ohio town before attending The Ohio State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. Abagale then attended law school at The University of Toledo College of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2022. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2022.
Abagale found a passion in law school for advocating for individuals who experienced injury or harm due to someone else’s negligence when she began working in a personal injury firm. During law school Abagale was a member of the Editorial Board of the University of Toledo Law Review and served as President of a student chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
Following graduation from law school, Abagale began gaining experience working for a personal injury firm, helping clients recover when they had been injured in car collisions, dog bites, and slip and falls. Abagale then joined Coulson P.C. to expand upon and continue her pursuits of advocating for real humans when they have been harmed by big corporations.
