After a 12 year run successfully prosecuting class actions across America at one of Michigan’s oldest and most noteworthy class action law firms —most recently as a named partner—Nick Coulson founded Coulson P.C. in 2024.

Coulson P.C. was founded to further Nick’s vision of using state of the art litigation skills, advanced trial techniques, and cutting-edge technology to help level the playing field against the powerful interests that harm people across the country every day.

We are committed to taking up fights that matter, holding bullies to account, and getting justice for people who are ready to fight back. Our creative approach allows us to get results in cases that conventional wisdom suggests can’t be effectively or efficiently won.
